Evening hair and makeup services are available exclusively outside of wedding hours, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Deposits & Payments
To secure your booking, we require a deposit between £100 – £200 of the total booking cost. The deposit is due at the time of booking.
If the deposit or payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
We accept payment by:
- Credit or Debit Card – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- Bank Transfer – We also accept payments via bank transfer. Please contact us for our bank details if you prefer to pay via this method.
- Cash – For in-person bookings, we may accept cash payments. Please note that we do not recommend sending cash through the mail.
Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price at the time of booking for any confirmed bookings.

Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. However, as a small business, we rely on our bookings to operate, and cancellations can have a significant impact on our business. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy in place to ensure that we are able to continue providing our services and maintain our commitment to all of our customers.
For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time, there will be no charge, and you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost, and the remaining 50% of the payment will be refunded to you.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time or fail to show up for your booking, there will be no refund of your deposit or payment.
Please note that in the event of a cancellation, we will do our best to fill the cancelled booking slot with another customer, and if we are able to do so, we will refund any cancellation fees that were charged.
